Just like the prestigious sweet symbol of Neapolitan cuisine, left to rise for a long time in an elongated truncated cone mould, Babà takes shape when blown by the master glassmaker in a game of perfect cages in marking the full volumes of the glass. The metallic flower, terminal of the cage in the lower section, is the perfect filling.
