USE OF PRODUCT Great solution for residential, multifamily, and hospitality interior applications where a surface mount fixture is desired. This fixture offers glare control lens, five color temperature selectability, and may be paired with a fire-rated j-box to meet 2-hour requirements. LENS Specially designed lens designed for visual comfort and optimum glare control. LUMINAIRE CONSTRUCTION Luminaire is constructed of aluminum for maximum LED heat dissipation. FIRE-RATED ENCLOSURE Constructed of 16-gauge galvanized steel to meet 2-hour fire requirements. Comes standard with adjustable bar hangers (14"–24") for wood joist ceiling installations. Luminaire enclosure may be adjusted vertically to accommodate varying ceiling thicknesses. INSTALLATION Fixture may be mounted to a 4" octagonal junction box (supplied by others) or with the RFJ-S-R42 (Fire Rated Enclosure) by Rayon Lighting. EM 8W EM meets 90-minute illumination time requirements. Illumination test switch on the luminaire allows for easy installation and a minimalistic appearance. EM offers overcharge protection, discharge protection, and short circuit protection.
