Traditionally styled, two piece, wrap around cast aluminum base for use with integrated shaft. Contoured hand hole cover with tamper proof hardware. Grounding lug opposite hand hole. Compatible with 12" max diameter shafts. Cast aluminum construction with minimum wall thickness of 0.275". 3/4" cast aluminum anchor ring welded 1" above bottom. Standard polyester powdercoat finish.
