NX DMX is a USB powered 2 port DMX Node. As a member of the innovative ONYX platform from Obsidian Control Systems the NX DMX provides instant access to DMX In and Outputs as well as RDM communication. The device is plug and play and requires no drivers or additional configuration to integrate with ONYX. It is designed to work with any PC but also works with any ONYX console as a fast and affordable way to add two additional DMX ports. NX DMX supports ONYX on PC systems for up to four Universes without any dedicated license. When connected to an ONYX licensed PC or ONYX console the NX DMX is assignable to any one of 255 Universes. NX DMX allows for the full ONYX system to be used in many situations, from small events and tradeshows to clubs and churches. Many technicians utilize ONYX through the NX DMX as an affordable but powerful test station due to ONYX' outstanding library support.
NX Wing is the complementary USB control surface to Obsidian Control Systems ONYX platform. The NXK is a small USB powered control surface for ONYX. The ideal companion for the NX1 console and ONYX PC systems, it replicates the full keypad and command section of larger consoles. Four encoders complete the programming experience for fast and direct parameter access. A simple magnetic alignment system allows attachment on either side of the NX1 console or NXP motorized fader wing. The keypad and playback wing are part of the ONYX platform and can be utilized with all other NX devices or ONYX on any PC system.
The NX P is a motorized fader wing for ONYX. The ideal expansion for the NX1 console and ONYX PC systems, it replicates the full playback section of the NX1 console. Four integrated DMX ports provide instant connectivity to the lighting system. Multiple NX P wings can be connected to any ONYX console or PC system, expanding direct access with 20 playbacks at a time. The flexible button array can be mapped to playback control or powerful function keys.
