The housing is die cast of copper free and silica free aluminum alloy, specially blended for Prisma, with high resistance to corrosion. This alloy makes the Insert suitable for harsh environments.

The LightLEEDer controller is the key to a powerful, dependable, flexible and energy efficient lighting system. LightLEEDer panels come with our new Reliant40 relays which feature a superior four contact design -- the first true 40Amp lighting relay. Reliant40 relays come in 1-, 2- and 3-pole configurations in a robust breaker-style body. LightLEEDer panels range in size from 4 to 64 relay capacity and are equipped with CAT-5 RJ45 connectors for LightSync data line devices and interconnecting panels. Panels include a keyboard and LCD screen, along with USB and TCP/IP connections for easy programming with our free LightLEEDer Pro Software. Add-on modules are available for connecting to BAS, theatrical, or security systems.
The Intelligent Lighting Controls line voltage wall switch & 0-10 volt dimmer provides a stylish solution for spaces where manual dimming control is required. Designed with contractors in mind, the unit is significantly shallower than typical dimmers, resulting in less crowded wall boxes. Additionally, versatile wiring enables usage with or without a neutral connection. For dimming adjustment, intuitive raise and lower buttons are present in addition to the on/off button. Five vertically stacked LEDs are provided to indicate the current dimming level. Configurable dimming parameters include High/Low Trims, Turn on Levels, and Curve Types. This dimmer also matches the ILC family of wall switch occupancy sensors and 0-10V dimming wall switch sensors.
2R seriesrelays are designed to be the longest lasting, most reliable relays available. By incorporating a unique single moving contact, both endurance and reliability are significantly enhanced. These relays have been tested to handle 200,000 full load cycles and 1,000,000 no load cycles. They have two high quality nickel-silver contactsthat can handle today’s high-inrush loads. Relays are available with or without status contacts and are available with variousinterface connectors.
The ILC TR relay provides a unique solution for remote control and panel mount control applications. Because each relay hasits own internal powersupply, it can be mounted virtually anywhere without additional transformers or powersupplies. By incorporating a unique single moving dual contact design, both endurance and reliability are significantly enhanced. TR relays are magnetically latched, requiring only a momentary rectified pulse to open or close the contacts. Isolated pilot contacts are available for indication of relay status at the switch stations. Available TR-Retro relays automatically turn on upon power-up and require a momentary closure to turn the relay on and off.

The ILC Remote 20 (R20) and Remote 20 Dimming (R20D) relays are designed to be mounted at the power junction box or lighting fixture for direct control of the lighting load. Relays are controlled from the EVO panel using a standard CAT-5 cable connection to the R20 relay RJ-45 jack. The R20 series relay uses oversized contacts designed to handle LED inrush current. Tested at 16 Amps electronic driver that can commonly exceed 200% of running current of the R20D latching relay load. The R20D has galvanically isolated 0-10V dimming which allows for class 1 wiring of the low voltage dimming. Loss of power to the LLEVO panel will force dimmer output level to 100%.
The EVO Lite power pack operates one load of lighting or plug load. This power pack includes 12 configuration options, an on-board relay, and 0-10V dimming, integrated into one package for easy installation. The EVO Lite power pack is ideal for small offices or classrooms, made to meet energy code with daylight harvesting, plug load control, occupancy sensing, and vacancy sensing options. It has two RJ-45 ports: one to wire to switches and additional power packs, and another for sensors and additional power packs. This convenient and easy to install power pack can be used as a single device or combined with other EVO Lite power packs, for multi zone operation.
The LightLEEDer Emergency UL 924 bypass relay control panel will force relay's ON during a normal power outage. This panel has all the same features and functions as a standard LightLEEDer lighting controller, allowing normal control of relays with emergency bypass during a normal power failure event. Relays can be all EM or a combination of normal and EM. Each output has a jumper for selecting Force On, Force Off or No change, this allows for emergency on, load shedding off, or no control selection for each relay. Provided With Phase monitoring module and high voltage dividers. This LightLEEDer Emergency lighting panel is easy to install, no external devices or complicated wiring configurations needed, reducing material and installation costs.
INTELLIGENT LIGHTING CONTROLS power pack controllers transform incoming line voltage power to Class 2 low voltage as needed by sensors or other control devices. Additionally, they switch on/off power to the connected lighting load as directed by the sensors and controls. INTELLIGENT LIGHTING CONTROLS power packs utilize a powerful microprocessor to optimize its switching timing in order to ensure long relay life even when controlling high-inrush LEDs and ballast loads. Intelligent Lighting Controls wireless power pack controllers switch on/off power to a connected lighting load as directed by wirelessly linked sensors, photocells, and wall controls. Additionally, the unit’s 0-10V dimming option greatly simplifies applications where dimming control from multiple switch locations is required. For applications where a hybrid wireless/wired architecture is desired, this wireless power pack can also be ordered with auxiliary low voltage connections.
The LightSync EVO Room Controller is a distributed lighting panel that simplifies expansion of a LLEVO or any LightLEEDer panel. The LSEVO-RC supports up to four R20D relays, two photo sensors, and two 6-button G3 switches. Easily connect R20D relays with CAT-5 to control lighting loads, 0-10V dimming, or receptacles. Programming can be easily modified using the ILC Pro Bluetooth app or LightLEEDer Pro software.
Momentary Switch Stations are available from ILC in a Decora or toggle style form. These heavy duty switches have a momentary On/Off with a neutral center position. The switches are manufactured by Leviton®, Hubbell®, or Pass & Seymour® and acceptstandard switch plates. Switches can be wired to signal an input to control a relay(s), group(s), or preset(s) in any of ILC’s panels.
The ILC Current Limiting Subpanel gives you the ability to limit current on lighting circuits. This gives you the ability to control the calculated load to comply with energy codes like California’s Title 24 that limit the VA (wattage). The ILC Remote 20 Amp, Emergency Bypass Relay combines normal relay operation with a UL 924 bypass relay in one convenient package. Relays are available in both a wired (R20D-EM) and wireless (WR20D-EM) version that uses the 915MHz radio frequency for communication to ILC wireless devices. When normal power is lost the EM relay will automatically force ON the EM load and send dimming to 100%. When normal power is restored the device will return to normal control. The R20D-EM and WR20D-EM have a relay test button, and a wired input that can be used for a remote test switch or as an override connection from a fire alarm system.

This Controller includes the configuration options of an EVO with two on-board relays and 0-10V dimming integrated into one package for easy installation. The LightSync Occupancy Sensor 8 Input module is designed to power and receive signals from multiple sensors on each of its 8 independent inputs. Eliminate expensive power packs by simply direct- wiring the sensors into the inputs. This module mounts remotely in a location central to the sensors. Each independent input can control any relay(s), group(s), or preset(s) throughout the network.
The LightSync Digital Power Supply Repeater 4 (LSPSR4) is a remote mounted power supply and data repeater. The PSR4 adds power for LightSync devices and refreshes both LS and LL data communications and is ideal for network distribution. The LSPSR4 has one input and two branch outputs with 2 ports for going up to 4 directions. The power supply supports an additional 20 LS devices and the repeaters refresh data for up to 31 more LL/LS device per branch.
